Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 for orders under $150

*Express Shipping $15 - *Please note Public Holidays and weekends may affect the delivery times.

NZ Standard International $19.95 Flat Rate on all orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have received a tracking number, be assured, it's on its way. If tracking comes up and details pending, it may not get scanned until it's on board for delivery to you.

Orders placed by 2pm are shipped same day where possible, orders made after this time, if we are not able to lodge them for same-day shipping they will be shipped the following day. (excludes weekends/Public Holidays)

You will receive a tracking number to track the item. If you haven't received tracking, please check your junk mail and add us to your address book, customercare@oakandbay.com.au and email us to re send details.

Delays or Lost or Stolen Parcels are the responsibilty of Australia Post. For lost or stolen parcels, please contact Australia Post direct to lodge a dispute/enquiry to locate your parcel. We recommend you track your parcels and opt to use a safe parcel locker or delivery point where possible.

Click and Collect - Select Pick Up Option at Checkout and Pick up from OAK + BAY, 420 Sturt St, Ballarat within 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL - Delivery to NZ at a flat rate of $19.95.

UK - Standard International $34.95

USA - Currently on Hold due to prepaid tariff updates, solution coming soon

All country import taxes and charges if applicable for your country are payable by the customer. We are not currently shipping to other countries.

RETURNS:

In Store Returns:

To align with the ACCC Return Policy we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

When in store please ensure you take the oportunity to try your pieces on, if you find your items are not suitble we will offer and exchange or Credit Note within 14 days, no refunds.

Online Returns:

For items purchased online, we understand that sometimes the product is just not right for you, whether it be fit or style.

You must contact us for authorisation and details to return any items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase in the same condition it was purchased with Tags and any packaging along with proof of purchase.

Returns are assessed on an individual basis. For online returns Please email customercare@oakandbay.com.au for your returns authorisation, returns will not be accepted without this.

Please ensure any returned items are in the same condition as purchased, with no damage or marks including make up, fake tan or perfume on products, all tags must be attached.

If your item is faulty please email us photos for assessment. We may need to have the brand assess the item before we issue a replacement or refund.

*We do not accept returns on earrings and fragrance.
