Or get started now online - Create an Oak + Bay Loyalty Program customer account and you will be joined up. Be sure to check your details. Click ‘Rewards' icon on the bottom of your screen the get started.
All rewards, accounts, sales history, + coupons are unique to your email account, please use the same email on all of your purchases to ensure your appoint accumulate in the right profile.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend Online or In-Store. Just by signing up you will receive 50 points.
Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points details.
More ways to earn, add your birthday and refer a friend.
*Excludes tax, other exclusions include sale items.
How do I use my rewards?
In Store - Spend over $50 in store and the team will check for any available coupon, ensure you pass on your details.
Online - Log into your account, check for Coupons and copy and paste your unique code into the discount Bar at Checkout, then click ‘Apply'.

Oak + Bay reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without notice. We make updates from time to time to ensure our program remains up to date.
Coupons can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of Minimum spend is $50 to redeem any coupon.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon amount will be applied to the price, points will also be adjusted to reflect the return amount.
